Carlos Francisco Marín Barrios has been part of Obelis Regulatory Affairs since 2019 and brings expertise from Seville, London, Berlin, and Antwerp. At Obelis, he serves as Deputy Manager of the RA Department and holds the title of Expert Consultant.

A graduate in Law and Public Management from the University of Seville, Carlos earned an LL.M. with a cum laude distinction from the University of Antwerp. His Advanced Master’s obtained magna cum laude distinction, focused on legal practice and International Business Management at the International University of La Rioja.

Carlos actively addresses industry challenges, ensuring compliance with regulations like MDR, IVDR, and Cosmetics Regulations. A native Spanish speaker, he is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of German, French, and Italian. Passionate about international trade complexities, Carlos believes negotiation, not judicial rulings, resolves legal conflicts.
