In addition to our Customer Success Department, Obelis has recently introduced a new client-focused Department: Customer Care. In line with our core value to assist our clients as effectively as possible, Customer Care’s mission is to support manufacturers with different needs.

Our support in your customer journey

From agreements to insurances, entering a new market implies a lot of different administrative activities which can sometimes be complicated and overwhelming. Our Customer Care Department will:

  • Give an overview of all initial documents and information you need before starting the compliance process;
  • Guide manufacturers step by step with suggestions and clarifications;
  • Be the point of contact for all clients’ accounts.

From Customer Care to Customer Success

Once the administrative part is settled, clients’ success is the very next step.

  1. Customer Success Team will take over and assist the manufacturer with choosing the appropriate services and packages for your compliance project.
  2. Customer Care Team will be constantly present in every stage of the conversation between the client and Customer Success, making sure all clients’ wishes are considered.
  3. Your assigned regulatory consultant will then care of your compliance project and provide ongoing consultancy on regulatory matters.
