Obelis Launching EUCORE 5 Workshop – Safety Assessment (Toxicological Assessment)

EUCORE 5 is organized by Obelis European Authorized Representative Center (O.E.A.R.C.) together with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and the full support, guidance & involvement of the Israeli Ministry of Health.

The seminar will take place as of Sunday 29th of May 2011 till Thursday 2nd of June 2011 a total of 5 days. The venue will be the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce Business College, 84 Hashmona’im St. Tel-Aviv - Formal invitations shall be sent later on;

The workshop will focus on the requirements under the New Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 Annex I, for the preparation & issuance of a Safety Assessment report (Toxicological Assessment).

Among other topics discussed will be:
• The New Cosmetic Regulation in Israel
• Alternative methods to animal testing
• Sun protection cosmetic products
• CMR substances in cosmetic products
• Cosmetic products classification including borderline products

The speakers invited to speak at the EUCORE 5 workshop are notable specialists in the field of cosmetic products varying from Academic Councils, European Toxicological Laboratories (INTERTEK - UK Toxicological Laboratory), Ministries to “EU Responsible Person” (Obelis s.a.).
