07 January 2010: Cosmetic Regulation Passes- NEW!

The new Cosmetic Regulation passes in the EU.  This solidifies the previous Cosmetic Directive 76/768/EEC into an actual concrete form for the EU to regulate.  The regulation was passed on December 22nd, 2009.  However, the laws and stipulations surrounding the regulation will not go into effect until July 11th, 2013.
